Money-back guarantee
Your first purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. That covers monthly and yearly plans.
After the guarantee
- Monthly plans: no refunds after the first 14 days.
- Yearly plans: cancel within the first 30 days and we refund the unused whole months.
Exceptions
We look at these case by case:
- A billing error, like a double charge or the wrong plan.
- An extended service outage.
- A documented account compromise.
How to ask
Email support@ytniches.com from the email on your account and tell us what happened. We'll reply with a decision.
Our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record, sends approved refunds to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.
Cancelling instead
You don't need a refund to stop paying. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the Terms of Service.
