These terms are an agreement between you and Waris Jamil, a sole proprietor ("YTNiches", "we", "us"). They cover your use of ytniches.com and the YTNiches app. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use YTNiches.

YTNiches is run by Waris Jamil, a sole proprietor, based in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@ytniches.com.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using YTNiches, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use YTNiches for a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
YouTube's terms
YTNiches uses YouTube API Services. By using YTNiches, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data too: see the Google Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account, or with an email address and password. Keep them secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use YTNiches.
- One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed.
- Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Plans, credits and billing

- Free trial. $0 during beta: every Pro feature, with 50 credits every month. No card is needed. During the beta, the trial doesn't expire and comes with 50 credits every month. Unused credits don't carry over.
- Credits. Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits pay for searches and AI generation. Unused monthly credits expire when your next billing month starts. On Team, up to 500 credits carry into the next month, for one month only. Credits we give you as a bonus don't expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Payments. Our payment processor sells YTNiches subscriptions to you as the Merchant of Record. They take the payment, add any sales tax or VAT, and issue your invoices. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period. You keep what you paid for until then.
- Changing plans. To move between paid plans, email us and we'll switch you over.
- Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
- Price changes. If we change our prices, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. Discounts don't carry over when you change plans.
Fair use
Plans are for normal individual or team use. Niche searches are limited to 60 per hour per account. We may limit accounts that put unusual load on the service.
What you can't do
- Break the law, or YouTube's terms, using YTNiches.
- Scrape, copy or resell YTNiches or its data, or build a competing product from it.
- Get around limits, credits, or security, or access other people's accounts.
- Use YTNiches to harass anyone, or to publish content that infringes someone's rights.
- Upload malware or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
AI-generated content
AI Prompts and Thumbnail ideas are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, unoriginal, or unsuitable. Review everything before you use it. You're responsible for what you publish, including making sure it doesn't copy someone else's work. We don't promise any growth, views or income.
Your content and ours
- Yours: what you write into YTNiches (audiences, feedback, tasks, notes) and the prompts generated for you belong to you. You let us store and process them to run the service.
- Ours: the YTNiches software, design and brand belong to us.
- YouTube data: channel and video data comes from YouTube and belongs to its owners. We show it under YouTube's terms and keep it only as long as those terms allow.
Changes and availability
We keep improving YTNiches, so features may change. We aim for the service to be available at all times but can't promise it. We may stop offering a feature, and we'll tell you before a change that takes away something you pay for.
Ending your account
You can stop using YTNiches and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or put the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers
YTNiches is provided "as is". YouTube data may be incomplete or out of date, and we don't guarantee any result from using it. Scores, niche tags and estimates (including revenue estimates) are calculated by YTNiches; they are not provided, approved or endorsed by YouTube or Google. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of Multan, Pakistan. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
