In-app
Every plan gets in-app notifications. They show in the app and in your activity feed.
Email notifications are part of Pro and Team. The free trial includes them too, since it's Pro. Team workspace members get them as well.
Email is off until you turn it on.
Choosing what you hear about
Go to Settings → Notifications. Under By type, each notification has an In-app and an Email switch:
- New video
- View spike
- Cadence change
- Outlier detected
Per-channel overrides
Too much noise from one channel? Under Per-channel overrides, switch notifications off for just that channel.
When your plan changes
If you move to a plan without email, emails stop. Your settings stay as they are. Move back to Pro or Team and emails start again.
