Quiet hours stop notification emails during a window you choose. They're part of Pro and Team, like email itself.
Setting them
Go to Settings → Notifications and set Quiet hours start and Quiet hours end.
A window can cross midnight. A start in the evening and an end in the morning means quiet all night.
What they do
- Emails that would arrive during quiet hours aren't sent. They don't queue up for later.
- In-app notifications still arrive as normal.
- The digest isn't affected.
